How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days.
What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery is PKR 300 per parcel. Shipping is free on orders of PKR 4,000 or more.
Which payment method is available?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available.

What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
Share your order details and clear pictures or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
Can an opened cosmetic product be returned?
For health and hygiene reasons, opened, used or tampered cosmetic products are normally non-returnable, except in verified damaged, defective or incorrect-item cases.
