Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. New Face may contact you to verify order details or decline an order affected by an obvious error, unavailable stock or suspected misuse.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. Cash on Delivery is currently available. Standard shipping is PKR 300, while orders of PKR 4,000 or above qualify for free shipping.
Shipping and Returns
Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days. Eligible wrong, missing, damaged or defective-item issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery under our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Customers are responsible for checking ingredients, directions, warnings and suitability before use. Patch or allergy testing must be performed where stated on the pack.
