We currently ship across Pakistan and selected international locations. If your location is not covered at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • In case of high order volumes, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.
  • In case of significant shipping delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and products and email them to newfacebyqci@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier company.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, the customer must pay for re-shipment.

8. International Shipping & Customs
